This full-time permanent position is based at our logistics center in Ludwigslust.

As a Business Analyst and Tech Solution Owner, you are responsible for the functional and technical development of assigned solutions and ensure they align with business requirements. You prepare the organization for system go-lives and new feature releases, conduct UAT with business owners and super users, and provide training and documentation to support effective process execution.

In this role, you act as the main contact for Fenix Tech and external suppliers, manage license and maintenance costs, and collaborate closely with admins and super users to ensure strong system adoption. You also support change management and ensure a smooth transition of new solutions into business operations.

Fenix Outdoor Logistics GmbH is the central logistics service provider for Fenix Outdoor International AG. From our modern logistics center in Ludwigslust, we supply all Globetrotter stores and e-commerce customers with goods on a daily basis, and we handle global B2B and B2C shipments for the group’s brands. As a dynamic team, we continuously drive the development and automation of our site forward.

What you can expect

• Coordinate with admins and super users to ensure consistent solution usage across teams.

• Deliver training and documentation to support business process execution.

• Monitor and manage solution performance and user feedback.

• Support the development and maintenance of user guides and training materials.

• Participate in projects as the solution expert and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Act as liaison between business units, IT operations, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

• Track and report on solution-related costs and performance metrics.
  

What you bring to the table

• Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Experience in managing software solutions and vendor relationships.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with change management and training delivery.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for work.

• As a Solution Owner, you may coach super users and admins to develop their capabilities.
